The Advanced Stroke Clinic at HGN is geared toward swimmers ages 5-18 currently on a swim team or in YMCA group swim lessons, stage 4 and higher or the equivalent.  Others maybe eligible at the discretion of the lead instructor.  Each month we will focus on a different stroke.  The session will include starts, underwaters, turns, finishes and stroke specific technique.  Swimmers will be expected to swim 25 yards or more at a time.  Swimmers need to come dressed, ready to swim and participate for 90 minutes.
