Youth Strength Training Camp
This 6-week camp will be led by personal trainer, Dan Eades. The youth strength training camp will introduce children to the basics of weight lifting, learn the correct form and be able to use weights in a safer environment. The camp will utilize both the fitness floor and studio space, to optimize learning and allow children to feel more comfortable working out at the Y.
The group will meet once a week on Thursdays from July 10th-August 14th
Located at the Marion YMCA. 3740 Irish Dr. Marion.
Maximum 10 participants per group (this does not include the parent/guardian).
