Developmental Swim Team
This program is designed for swim team members who need to improve their swim strokes. Practices will follow a similar schedule and progression as that of an entry level swim team. Drills and stroke progressions for each of the strokes will be provided by our MACR head coach to refine the techniques needed for competitive swimming.

Bring your suit, goggles, fins, snorkel and kickboard. Fins and kickboards are available at the YMCA for use as well.
Need new equipment? We have packages available.
There will be a Swimmers Showcase held at HGN on Saturday, April 18th from 11:30am-12:30pm.
