All YMCA branches are available for building and facility rentals when space is available. A deposit is required to hold a date. A group usage agreement and regulation sheet may be picked up at any YMCA branch. The deposit will be returned within a week after the event if no damage has occurred.

MARION YMCA RENTALS
Gym Court Rental – $75 per hour
Pool – $100 per hour Cheerios Studio – $50 per hour
Freund-Vector Studio – $75 per hour
After Hours Rental – $125/hour. $200 deposit required
Overnight Rental – $1,000 for 12 hours. $200 deposit required
HELEN G. NASSIF YMCA RENTALS
Gym Court Rental – $75 per hour
Pool – $100 per hour
Group Exercise Room – $50 per hour
Community Room – $75 per hour
After Hours Rental – $125/hour. $200 deposit required

* Lifeguards are present in the pool area at all times when the pool is in use.
* The pool, gym, and play center are open to members and guests during scheduled party times.
* Gym courts are private to you based on the number you rent, but the area is still open for other’s use (track, other court, etc).
BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT THE MARION Y
Rooms are available to rent for birthday parties at the Marion YMCA. Rooms may be used for playing games, enjoying refreshments or opening gifts. Partygoers may then play in the pool and gym!
Birthday Package – $150 (Y Members) | $200 (Non-Members)
Saturdays or Sundays 12:30-3:30pm
- Pool (swimming 2:15-3:00pm)
- 1 Gym Court
- Party Room
- Up to 15 guests ($5/per child over the 15 maximum)
$50 deposit required to hold the date. Availability Varies.

CAMP WAPSIE RENTALS
With our beautiful, peaceful natural setting, along with both indoor and outdoor meeting areas and numerous recreational opportunities, YMCA Camp Wapsie is a popular choice for retreats. You can design your own program and simply use Wapsie’s facilities, or we can assist you in developing a program tailored to your needs, making the most of everything Wapsie has to offer. The opportunities are endless.
