Women on Weights
Women on weights is a small group, instructor led program, that takes place over a six week time period. Groups meet with the instructor two times a week.
Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn basic form, or someone with a knowledge of lifting that needs an extra push in your workouts, Women on Weights will equip you with skills to take into the weight room during and after the program.
