Group Exercise Classes
The Y offers the most variety of Group Exercise Classes for our community. We have classes for everyone, from the beginner looking to get fit to the weekend warrior looking to stay in top condition. Our offerings include cycling, cardio kickboxing, varied levels of yoga and Les Mills Classes like RPM Cycling, Body Pump and Body Vive. Also, let's not forget the popular Zumba classes!
