The Y offers the most variety of Group Exercise Classes for our community. We have classes for everyone, from the beginner looking to get fit to the weekend warrior looking to stay in top condition. Our offerings include cycling, cardio kickboxing, varied levels of yoga and Les Mills Classes like RPM Cycling, Body Pump and Body Vive. Also, let's not forget the popular Zumaba classes!
Group Exercise Classes are divided into several categories. Simply choose the one that is best suited for your fitness goals. Classes are listed per branch.
Blue = Strength
Red = Cardiovascular
Green = Mind & Body
Black = Cardiovascular and Strength
Feature both available swim times and Aquatic Fitness Classes per branch.
Feature both available gym times and activities per branch.
