YOUTH SEASONAL CAMPS
Wapsie Seasonal Camps are shorter camps open to boys and girls in 1st through 10th grades. Our summer counselors return to lead many of the traditional camp programs and seasonally themed activities as campers enjoy meals and heated cabins. Activities related to the theme and may include (weather permitting): archery, canoeing, arts & crafts, games, a climbing tower, zip-line, campfires, a dance, (sledding, and winter activities for winter camp) and much more fun!
SPRING FLING CAMP
Provides campers a wonderful opportunity to get out of the house and fight cabin fever with active camp programs. Come spend the night 1 night and participate in camp activities, lead by summer camp counselors. This is a great chance for those new campers to come and experience camp for the first time.
HALLOWEEN CAMP
This fall camp features the colorful fall scenery of Camp Wapsie providing campers a Halloween-themed experience including the Haunted Trail and ‘Monster Mash’ costume dance. Come spend 2 days and 1 night and participate in camp activities, some with a fall twist! Come spend time with our summer staff and experience camp activities such as archery, camp cooking, arts & crafts, and pumpkin fun.
WINTER CAMP
ur annual winter event is the last chance of each year to experience the Wapsie Magic. This two nights and three-day special camp includes many favorite camp activities including campfire cooking, arts & crafts, archery, and outdoor fun. If the weather permits, we enjoy winter activities such as a snow sculpture competition and sledding.
