Swim Pathways
Adapted Aquatics January 25
This program is open to all individuals with cognitive and/ or physical disabilities and is designed to provide a positive recreational and educational experience for participants. Existing YMCA Swim Lesson Programs will be adapted to meet the individual needs. This program is for all levels of swimmers. An adult may accompany you in the water if needed.

Teen/Adult advanced January 25
This class is open to anyone 12 and up who have the basics down and comfortable in the water but need need more direction on how to do the strokes correctly. Classes will be catered to participants to ensure participation safety but also to teach the basics of swimming stokes like front crawl (with breathing), back crawl, and breaststroke.
