Swim Meet @ HGN YMCA this Saturday, 1/28. Please note...
This Saturday, the HGN YMCA will host a Swim Meet, beginning at 11:45. At this time, the Pool Area, (including Whirlpool) and Basketball Courts 2 & 3 will close to accommodate our athletes, their families, supporters and spectators.
The Marion and Stoney Point branches will be available for swimming and aquatic workouts. The HGN Pool will be open Sunday according to the normal January schedule.
Fit & Train Event this coming Monday @HGN YMCA, 4:30-7:30
Stop by the HGN YMCA between 4:30 & 7:30 to demo correct running/workout shoes, register to win a free pair of shoes, receive in-store discount coupons and enjoy some bottled water with your workout. All courtesy of our friends from Running Wild!
