Each of our four branches has a robust schedule of group exercise, ranging from Les Mills BODYATTACK®, BODYFLOW® and BODYPUMP® to cycling, interval training, yoga and zumba. Kids ages 7-14 can participate in Zumba Kids. We request you register before attending for planning purposes. This class is FREE to members and community members can pay $75 to participate in an 8-week session. For updated schedules, please look for “Group Fitness” in the Program Guide.
