- Working knowledge of vacuums, floor scrubber and various cleaning supplies and equipment
- Working knowledge about how to assure safety while working with cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies and materials
- Ability to follow directions and receive constructive criticism
- Ability and willingness to learn new information and methods to improve job skills and performance
- Able to maintain a harmonious, positive working relationship with fellow employees, YMCA members, program participants, and guests
