The current program runs September 1, 2013 through August 31, 2014.  Record the miles you bike, walk, run, swim or any combination of each along with any aerobics classes you take at any of the Y branches. Activity can be inside the Y at any branch or outside too. We aren’t picky, we just want to see you get healthy and keep healthy!

Seasonal Challenges: Sept 1 - Dec 31, 2013;

Jan 1 - Apr 30, 2014;    May 1 - Aug 31, 2014

Year-Long Challenge: Above 400 Miles

Seasonal Challenge:  Above 133 Miles

Walking

Year-Long Challenge: Above 350 Miles

Seasonal Challenge:  Above 117 Miles

Swimming

Year-Long Challenge: Above 150 Miles

Seasonal Challenge:  Above 50 Miles

Running

Year-Long Challenge: Above 500 Miles

Seasonal Challenge:  Above 167 Miles

Biking

Year-Long Challenge: Above 1000 Miles

Seasonal Challenge:  Above 333 Miles

Aerobic/Group Exercise Classes

Year-Long Challenge: Above 100 Classes

Seasonal Challenge:  Above 33 Classes

 

The program is a fun way to keep up on your fitness progress throughout the year. Mileage is updated every Friday so you can see how you and fellow Y members are progressing on the road to the year-end goals.
