The current program runs September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2017.  Record the miles you bike, walk, run, swim or any combination of each along with any aerobics classes you take at any of the Y branches. Activity can be inside the Y at any branch or outside too. We aren’t picky, we just want to see you get healthy and keep healthy!

The program is a fun way to keep up on your fitness progress throughout the year. Mileage is updated every Friday so you can see how you and fellow Y members are progressing on the road to the year-end goals.
