The YMCA is America's favorite swimming instructor! We have certified lifeguards and instructors who help build self-confidence and trust. Sanctioned parent/baby, preschool, and progressive swimming classes are offered for all ages. Our YMCAs offer lap swimming and water walking, water exercise classes, private swim lessons, swim team, scuba diving instruction, and lifeguard instruction.
