Corporate Membership

The YMCA of the Cedar Rapids Metropolitan Area invites your company or organization to take advantage of the YMCA Corporate Partnership Program which offers a WIDE array of health and wellness programs.

The YMCA offers three options to best fit your company and its needs:
Option 1: Savings based on % of employees enrolled as members.
Option 2: Savings based on # of employees enrolled as members.
Option 3: Company pre-pays for all membership fees and company received 18% off membership fees.

Savings can be from 5-18% based on how many employees are enrolled as members.  To start a Corporate Group, please contact Dave Thielen, Metropolitan Director of Health and Wellness, at the link below.

Examples of YMCA services offered:
• YMCA participation in company-sponsored Health Fairs;
• On-site mini-fitness evaluations;
• Fitness Classes;
• Monthly facility usage reports;

Benefits to employees for being Corporate Group Members:
• If new employees sign up within 30 days of employment, the Joiner's Fee is waived. New employees must present a "New Employee Voucher" at the YMCA;
• Are entitled to on-site YMCA Wellness Seminars and Health Fairs;
• Pay no Joiner's Fee during YMCA on-site events;
• Experience improved overall health and fitness;
• Enjoy increased ability to cope with stress;
• Experience a more positive attitude toward life;
• See how an active lifestyle promotes a positive attitude and increased energy.

Please note: Company must have four employees at each renewal date.
