Health & Well-Being

Because we know that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, well-being and fitness at the Y includes more than just working out. In addition to our physical fitness classes and facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions and offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength.  Current program descriptions, schedules and fees are available in our Program Guide whose link is found in the box to your left.

We also have the Fitness Mileage Experience!  Record the miles you bike, walk, run, swim or any combination of the four at the Front Desk at any branch. This can be in the branch or outside on your own! We aren’t picky, we just want to see you get healthy and keep healthy!  And this year we've added aerobics classes to the mix.  For more information on the Fitness Mileage Experience, click the link above.
