The Stoney Point YMCA facility houses a six-lane, 25-yard pool. The facility also houses a Health and Wellness Center, drop-in child watch program, and aerobics room. The Health and Wellness Center has Paramount resistance machines, free weights, and cardiovascular equipment by Precor and Stairmaster. Enjoy watching TV while you work out! Check out or most recent health and wellness class schedule. Most of our Health and Wellness classes are FREE to members. The Stoney Point YMCA’s gymnasium has two basketball courts.
