The YMCA of the Cedar Rapids Metropolitan Area has a 'Join One-Join All' YMCA philosophy. Our three full-service facilities are here for your use. And our Resident Camp and Retreats facility is here to offer your company or you a place to get away from it all and experience the magic of YMCA Camp Wapsie.
Each YMCA branch is a full-service facility. The Health and Wellness Centers have treadmills, ellipticals, NuStep Steppers, Airdyne bikes, Precor bikes, and/or Stairmaster steppers.
